*Assuming health, weight gain, and cost have no bearing

1. Pizza

2. Burritos 

3. Potstickers 

4. Pasta with cream sauce 

5. Pasta with tomato sauce

My full, hyphenated name includes 26 letters (but not the whole alphabet).
