Spell the Month in Books Challenge

I recently discovered the “Spell the Month in Books” challenge, which is hosted by Reviews from the Stacks. To join in on the challenge, click the link so you can grab the HTML code for the button— and comment your link on her post.

I think Jana also fits books to a specific genre, which I didn’t do. Here’s my April line-up 🙂

A — Anne of the Island

This is my favorite book in L.M. Montgomery’s Anne series.

P — Prophet

Frank Peretti’s stand-alone novel is an intriguing mystery with a powerful prolife message.

R — Returning

The Returning is book three of Rachelle Dekker’s dystopian Seer novels. This is a series I’d highly recommend.

I — Immanuel’s Veins

Ted Dekker is one of my very favorite authors. Immanuel’s Veins combines suspense with historical fiction and the message of Jesus’ sacrificial love.

L — Life Flight

A 2022 release by Lynette Eason, Life Flight is a suspense novel with some interesting twists. (Here’s my review of it.)

Hi, there! My name is Stephanie and I’m a Fresno, CA native. After studying at Biola University, I received my MLIS (Masters in Library Science) from San Jose State University. I live with my mom, poet Kimberly Vargas Agnese, and serve as her unofficial agent. We reside at MeadowArc, a food forest in its infancy. I am called to, and passionate about, purity. In fact, the name Agnes means “pure.” Before I was born, my mom felt led to include the name Agnes in her name, and in the names of her children. My full, hyphenated name includes 26 letters (but not the whole alphabet).
